EARTH DAY

Thanks to those who helped in the Adventure Garden at Holly Center for Earth Day. Everyone raked, spread mulch and got the garden ready for flowers.
Volunteers included Ryan, Paul, & Kyle Lewis, Rob Caudill, Chuck Lowe, Stanley Berne, John Farmer, John Giza, Shawn Lowicki, Matt Russell, Mickie Meinhardt, Breslin, Marneir, Larry Gaigler, Katherine, Fisher, Maggie & Kerin Jones, Ryan Wilkenson, Stacey Wills, Brandon Keller, Bob Hocutt, Reed & David Ingersoll, Jack Pierce, Logan Eugsler, Jeff Lambert and Jennings Worden.
Kudos to Ryan Lewis who adopted the Adventure Garden as his Eagle Scout Project and has made great strides in improving it’s new look. Come check it out at the Spring Festival!

VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT
Art Schuler, volunteer with the Computer Loan Program, will be recognized on May 8th at the Commission on Aging Recpetion. Mr. Schuler donates his time and expertise each week re-vamping computers that will be loaned to the disabled. Thanks so much!!!!!!!!
GOLF TOURNAMENT
HCI’s 1st annual golf tournament on 4-9-08 was very successful due to the Chairman of the event, Walt Warren and the many donors & sponsors that contributed. The event raised more than $5,000 for HCI programs.
COURT YARD AT HOLLY CENTER
Thanks to Oakwood Sod Farm for assisting with sod for the new improved court yard in front of the Activities Building at Holly Center.
