HCI’S SATELLITE OFFICE HAS RELOCATED
HCI, in preparation for our move into the new Weinberg Center with MAC, has temporarily moved its satellite office to 821 East William Street, Salisbury, MD 21804 The phone numbers & e-mail addresses will remain the same.
NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS
Eat Healthy - Good options include plain yogurt topped with granola or fresh fruit, popcorn (high in fiber), plenty of vegetables.
Exercise – Walk, swim or consider chair aerobics, to increase joint flexibility and range of motion.
Rest - Aim for 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Sleep deprivation can reduce performance and alertness and could contribute to obesity.
Fun - Spend time with family and enjoy life.

Delmarva Power announces dramatic increases in the funding level for the federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program which helps thousands of struggling families across the Delmarva Peninsula pay their heating bills this winter. SPLASH PROGRAM
Looking for a social, relaxing, movement-oriented evening? The HCI Splash Program held at the Holly Center Pool on Friday evenings from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. Sign up is easy and the cost is five dollars per family.
